- Terms and Conditions
- A deposit of £100 per holiday week is required with the
booking form. If the booking form is submitted 4 weeks or less before
the start of the holiday then the full rent should be sent with the booking
form. If a booking is accepted the client becomes liable for the
balance of the full rent for the holiday which must be paid 4 weeks before
the holiday is due to start. When the balance of the rent is paid
final details of the property will be sent along with a location map.
- We reserve the right to refuse accommodation. In no
circumstance may the number of people occupying either St Margaret's Cottage
or the Parkgate Apartment exceed four. In no circumstances will any
person not included on the booking form be allowed to occupy the property
unless agreed in advance and in writing. We reserve the right to
refuse entry or terminate the hire without notice if these conditions are
not observed or refuse to hand over the property to any person who in our
opinion is not suitable to take charge. In such cases out liability
will cease.
- The client agrees to keep the property and all furniture,
fittings, equipment and other contents in or on the property in the same
state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday. The
client agrees to make good any damage, breakage or loss that may occur
during the period of the holiday let. The property and all the
furniture, fittings, equipment and other contents must be left in a clean
and tidy condition at the conclusion of the period of the holiday let.
- No pets are accepted.
- The rent for the property is inclusive of gas and
electricity.
- There is no telephone in either property.
- The properties are supplied with pots, pans, crockery,
cutlery, duvets, linen and towels.
- All lets run from Saturday at 4pm to 10am on the following Saturday unless specifically agreed otherwise.
- The booking is made on the understanding that the property
is available on the dates stated. If for any reason beyond our control
e.g. fire, storm damage, illness, sale etc all monies paid will be returned
in full.

conditions. The person who signs the booking form is responsible for
ensuring that all the persons occupying the property comply with these
conditions in all respects. Either property is occupied strictly on
the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no right
to remain in the property after the end of the holiday period booking
exists. All persons will vacate the property at the end of the
holiday.
